This was project showcases an efficient use of space in the renovation of a modest sized backyard at a DC townhouse.
The design was driven by the two primary elements the owner required: a swimming pool, and a gazebo to help hide the garage and enhance the use and appearance of the back yard.
The design was inspired as a continuation of the interior architecture, making use of Art Deco style details and an abundance of curved lines in the gazebo and the planters. Check out this link for pictures of that interior renovation.
This project is one of five of our projects that won a 2017 Award of Excellence from the Maryland Building Industry Association.
