Logan Circle
The Logan Circle Project was a renovation of the historic home of Civil War General John Logan. The project encompassed the conversion of what had been nine very small apartments into four luxury apartments. Great effort was taken to restore the exterior of the building to its former glory.
Both the wrought iron side porch and the entry porch were completely rebuilt, painstakingly detailed from historic photographs.
The main lobby hosts an antique chandelier, caryatids, a bust of Abraham Lincoln and a completely redone staircase.
The exterior lighting was done in a way that would animate the old house, highlighting the beautiful detail of the restored two-story side porch.
